Starting her career in journalism with roles at CNN and RAI (Italian National Television), Lucrezia transitioned to the world of fashion with a stint at Vogue Italia after being selected by the late Franca Sozzani to curate their 2015 China Issue and create the first ever distribution network in China for the publication.

Previously to founding Plush.Consulting, Ms. Seu served as Marketing and Communications Manager, Greater China at The Woolmark Company running the International Woolmark Prize for the Asia Region working closely with Asia’s most exciting independent designers along with overseeing marketing collaborations with international brands such as Phillip Lim and Max Mara. Lucrezia also secured strategic partnerships with local players such as Shanghai Fashion Week as well as key retailers including Lane Crawford, 10 Corso Como and Boon the Shop.

Lucrezia co-founded and directed Shanghai based creative platform R130, supporting and empowering emerging brands such as Asai, Marieyat, and Sirloin to expand their business. Furthermore, Lucrezia has collaborated with various international brands such as Qeelin, Roland Mouret, and Temperley as well as media to consult on marketing/PR strategies, branding and offer her extensive network of business and personal connections in China and abroad.

Ms. Seu graduated from Tsinghua University (Beijing, China) with a Masters of Law in Political Science, and previously, from University of Westminster (London, UK) with a BA (Hons) in Chinese and English Literature.
